Grace Groups exist to cultivate authentic community, deepen faith, and live out the Gospel together. We seek to grow as disciples of Jesus and encourage one another in every season of life. What is a Grace Group?
Grace Groups are small gatherings where people share meals, build relationships, discuss the sermon, and serve the community together. They are a great way to grow in faith and feel connected to the church family.
When do Grace Groups meet?
Grace Groups meet on various nights in homes throughout the Lake area. Members of the group often take turns hosting so the location can change from week to week.
What’s the Commitment?
Grace Groups follow a semester-based schedule, with three semesters throughout the year. We encourage members to commit to attending at least 80% of the meetings to foster strong relationships and group unity.
What do Grace Groups study?
Grace Groups focus on building relationships and spiritual growth. Most groups discuss the weekend sermon using provided study notes, while others may explore specific biblical topics.
What about childcare?
Grace Groups are designed for adults, but some groups do offer childcare. Families often arrange sitters or swap childcare with another family whose group meets on a different night.
