A Week To Connect, Grow, And Build Together
This gathering is designed for young adults ages 18–27 who want to grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and explore the life and mission of the Church alongside others their age.
During the week, we’ll participate in the Charis Fellowship Conference hosted at Grace Fellowship while staying together at HoneyBell Resort near Sugar Grove.
Each evening, we’ll have intentional time together through shared meals, worship, conversations, and community.
This week is for:
People exploring ministry.
People who love the Church.
People asking deeper questions about what is next.
People who want to be part of something rooted in mission and hope.
Our hope is simple:
That young adults would experience the heart of the Charis Fellowship firsthand, a family of churches committed to the gospel, shaped by grace, and working together to make Christ known around the world.
We hope this week helps people discover that there is a place for them in that story.

FAQs
Can I come if I don’t know anyone?
Absolutely.
A large part of this trip is creating space for real friendships and connection. From shared meals to cabin conversations to evening gatherings, everything is designed to help people feel welcomed quickly.
A lot of people will arrive not knowing many others.

Where are we staying?
We’ll be staying together at HoneyBell Resort near Sugar Grove.
The resort is about 30 minutes from the conference location, giving us space to slow down, disconnect from the rush, and build community together outside of the conference environment.
It’s intentional.
The drives back, porch conversations, shared cabins, and evenings together are part of what makes this experience meaningful.

How much does the trip cost?
Nothing.
Lodging, conference access, and the experience itself are being provided free of charge for those attending.
We never wanted finances to be the reason someone stayed home from something that could shape their faith, friendships, or future calling.
If you’re interested in coming, we simply ask that you come ready to participate fully, be present, and invest in the people around you.

Do I need ministry experience?
No.
Some people coming are already serving in churches or exploring vocational ministry. Others are simply trying to grow in their faith and figure out where they belong.
This week is for anyone who wants to learn, connect, and be around people who care deeply about Jesus, the Church, and the mission of God.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you come.

When and where should I arrive, and how will transportation work?
The trip will officially begin Monday at 5:00PM at Grace Fellowship in Pickerington, which is where everyone should plan to arrive.
From there, we’ll help coordinate transportation to HoneyBell Resort near Sugar Grove for the week. If you would prefer to drive yourself and keep your own vehicle during the trip, you are welcome to do that as well.
Once you sign up, we’ll send additional communication with schedules, packing information, transportation details, and everything else you’ll need to know before the week begins.
We want the process to feel simple, clear, and welcoming from the very beginning.

The Kind Of People You Meet Here
At some point, everyone realizes ministry is impossible alone. You need friendships that sharpen you, older voices that steady you, and people your age who remind you that God is still moving no matter how you feel.
And that is part of why this trip exists.
Throughout the week, we will gather with leaders, pastors, missionaries, church planters, worship leaders, students, and other young adults from across the country all connected through the Charis Fellowship.
Not because everyone is the same.
Actually, one of the best things about Charis is that we aren’t.
Each church carries its own personality, leadership style, and local mission. Churches are autonomous, able to serve their communities in unique ways, while still choosing partnership, accountability, and friendship with one another.
And somehow, that shared mission keeps producing deep friendship. We want to offer that to you.
SO though the main thing you are coming for is a conference.
You will probably probably leave remembering the people, and that is honestly what we want. We want the kingdom to grow. And if this time helps get young adults to from connections that spread the gospel faster, we have accomplished the mission.

About The Charis Fellowship
The Charis Fellowship is a family of churches connected by shared theology, shared mission, and shared relationship.
For generations, churches within Charis have worked together to plant churches, send missionaries, train leaders, and serve communities around the world.
What makes the fellowship unique is its balance of autonomy and interdependence.
Every church remains locally led and uniquely shaped for its own community. There is no centralized model every church must copy. At the same time, churches willingly choose partnership, encouraging one another, supporting one another, and carrying mission together.
That spirit of cooperation has led to a global missions movement far larger than most would expect from a fellowship this size.
And while the history is meaningful, what feels most exciting is the future.
There is a growing generation of leaders, servants, church planters, artists, disciplers, and everyday believers who still believe the Church matters deeply.
